Basketball and sneakers go hand and hand. From the Magic-Bird Converse commercials, to the rise of Jordan brand, to the stars of today, shoes have been on the forefront of basketball culture for decades.

The 2018 NBA All-Star game is less than two weeks away. This is great news for hoops fans but also great news for sneakerheads around the country. I wasn’t huge into sneakers until I was about midway through college, but once I started, I was forever en-grained in the culture.

Knowing that I am one of millions that feel this way, I am confident in saying that All-Star weekend is going to be the best weekend of shoe releases of the year. While there are dozens of great shoes being released, I am here to highlight four of the most coveted.
